By accessing or using any KIBU Global Ventures LLC product, including kibuglobal.com, TransitionCommand, and Going Out, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. They are a legally binding agreement between you and KIBU Global Ventures LLC, an Oklahoma-registered limited liability company.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Our products are designed for current and former members of the United States Armed Forces and their families. Use by others is permitted but products are optimized for the military community.
Going Out does not require an account or sign-in. You can use the app without creating an account.
TransitionCommand may offer an optional Google sign-in to sync your purchase across devices. If you choose to sign in, you authorize KIBU to access your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile photo) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
TransitionCommand is available for a one-time purchase of $39.99 USD via the KIBU website (app.kibuglobal.com) or via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Google Play, or Apple. KIBU does not store payment card information.
Upon purchase, KIBU grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use TransitionCommand on your personal devices. One purchase covers all your personal devices. You may not:
If you are not satisfied with TransitionCommand for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. App store purchases follow the refund policy of the store you purchased through.
KIBU will provide updates to TransitionCommand at our discretion. Significant updates adding new content will be provided free of charge to existing purchasers. We do not guarantee any specific update schedule. Basic email support is available at [email protected].
Going Out offers an auto-renewing subscription, Going Out Premium, at USD 3.99 per month. New users receive a one-time free look of about one hour, after which a subscription is required to continue. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Going Out does not require sign-in. Saved places are stored locally on your device.
Going Out does not currently display ads. A future version may introduce advertising, and if it does it will not use cross-app tracking or request the App Tracking Transparency permission. This policy will be updated before any ads appear.
Listings, ratings, hours, and venue details are for informational purposes and are drawn from third-party sources including Google Places. KIBU does not guarantee accuracy or timeliness. Verify with the venue before traveling.
Going Out may use your device location to sort places by proximity and calculate distances. Location permission is optional.
Going Out lets users post reviews and ratings of places. By posting, you agree to the following. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, hateful, harassing, illegal, or sexually explicit content, and zero tolerance for abusive users. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, and do not post personal information about others.
You can report any review using the report control on each review. Reported content is reviewed and objectionable content is removed within 24 hours, and the responsible user may be blocked. KIBU Global Ventures LLC may remove any content and block any user at its discretion. You retain ownership of what you post and grant KIBU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the app.
Reviews reflect the opinions of users, not of KIBU Global Ventures LLC.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, text, graphics, and data in KIBU's products are owned by KIBU Global Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
The KIBU name, logo, "TransitionCommand," and "Going Out" are trademarks of KIBU Global Ventures LLC. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
Place names, photos, and listing data displayed in Going Out are provided by third-party sources including Google Places, along with stock imagery, and remain the property of their respective owners, used subject to those providers' terms.
User-submitted content (such as reviews and contact form messages) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant KIBU a license to use it as described in these Terms.
Our products integrate with and link to third-party services including Google Maps, Google Places, Stripe, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Apple, and others. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. KIBU is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
When Going Out opens Google Maps for directions, you are subject to Google Maps' Terms of Service. When you subscribe, you are subject to the terms of the store that processes your payment.
Important: TransitionCommand provides general information and planning tools. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or official military advice. Always verify separation procedures, VA timelines, and benefit eligibility with official military and government sources.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
KIBU does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KIBU Global Ventures LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid KIBU in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KIBU Global Ventures LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services in violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
KIBU may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using our services at any time. To request deletion of any data associated with you, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Data."
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 10 business days and make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Oklahoma, USA, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit. This clause does not override the mandatory rights of EU/EEA consumers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
